  • OTP-based login verification using your mobile number (India) or email (outside India)

  • Order status, return requests, and refund information

  • Location access – to auto-fill your PIN code and show service availability

  • Camera access – to scan QR codes on invoices or upload return photos easily

  • Storage access – to download invoices or upload return-related documents

  • Notification access – to receive real-time alerts for orders and offers

Even if you deny permission, your core shopping experience remains unaffected.


3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • Order fulfillment: to prepare, dispatch, and deliver your products

  • Secure account login: via OTP and identity verification

  • Payments & refunds: through safe payment gateways (we never store card/UPI info). For any eligible cancellations, the refund is credited to your BrassBlizz Wallet — not to the original payment method.

  • Customer support: to resolve issues, share past orders, and answer queries

  • Improving your experience: by analyzing how users interact with our platform

  • Notifications: to inform you about order updates, offers, and wallet credits (only if you allow)

We never use your data for unrelated marketing or sell it to other parties.


4. Account Deletion & Data Retention

When you request to delete your account:

  • Your access is immediately removed

  • You stop receiving product updates or promotional messages

  • However, your account is not permanently deleted

We follow a soft delete system:

  • Your past orders, invoices, and transaction records are securely retained in our dashboard and server

  • This helps in case you need duplicate invoices or order proof in the future

  • Your data is never used for marketing after deletion

If you wish to restore your account, just contact our support team — we can reactivate your previous account upon request.

All retained data is encrypted and securely stored.


5. Sharing with Third Parties

We may share your data with trusted service providers who help us run our business smoothly:

  • Courier partners (for delivery)

  • Payment gateways (for secure payments)

  • Notification and email systems (for alerts and support)

We do not sell your data, and all partners are required to protect your data under strict privacy agreements.
