These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services offered by BrassBlizz through its online platform. By accessing or placing an order through our platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1.1 Order Confirmation
When you place an order on our platform, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via SMS or email. This confirmation does not mean the order is accepted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to payment issues, stock unavailability, or other valid reasons.
1.2 Payment Methods
We accept multiple secure payment methods including:
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)
Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
Net Banking
Mobile Wallets
Cash on Delivery (India only; conditions apply)
1.3 Payment Completion
Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order, except for COD. Orders will not be processed until payment is received and verified.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before the packaging process begins. Once the order status is changed to "Packed" or "Shipped", cancellation is not possible.
If you cancel within the eligible time, the paid amount will be credited only to your BrassBlizz Wallet. Refunds are not issued to the original payment method or bank account. The wallet balance can be used for future purchases on our platform and is non-withdrawable.
In rare cases, we may cancel your order due to reasons such as unavailability of stock, failed payment authorization, or fraud suspicion. You will be informed, and any paid amount will be refunded.
3.1 Delivery Locations
We deliver products across India and select international locations. You can check availability using your PIN code at checkout.
3.2 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before placing the order. For some products or offers, free shipping may be available.
3.3 Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on your location and the product. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days in India and 7–21 days for international orders.
3.4 Delays
While we try to deliver on time, certain factors (like courier delays, weather, strikes) may affect delivery. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
4.1 Live Inventory System
Our product listings are updated in real-time. However, if a product you ordered goes out of stock after purchase, we will inform you and provide a refund or replacement option.
4.2 Pre-Orders / Backorders
If you place an order for an item listed as "Coming Soon" or "Backordered", estimated delivery dates will be provided, and delays may occur depending on production.
5.1 Indian Customers
All prices on our platform are displayed exclusive of GST. The applicable GST will be added during checkout based on your location and the product’s tax category.
5.2 International Customers
For users outside India, prices are displayed in USD and do not include Indian GST. However, import taxes, duties, or VAT may be charged by your local government. These must be paid by you at the time of delivery.
5.3 Price Changes
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. The final price you pay will be as shown at the time of checkout.
6.1 Availability
COD is available only in select pin codes and is subject to minimum/maximum order value.
6.2 Charges
A nominal handling fee may be applied for COD orders. This will be shown at checkout.
6.3 Obligations
Customers selecting COD must ensure someone is available at the shipping address with the exact payment in cash. Repeated order rejections may result in the suspension of COD option for your account.
7.1 Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within a specific window if they are:
Damaged in transit
Defective
Incorrect item received

7.2 Return Process
You must raise a return request via email or the 'My Orders' section on our platform. Our team may ask for product photos and packaging.
7.3 Replacement & Refunds
Upon successful inspection, we may offer a replacement or refund to your BrassBlizz Wallet or original payment method (as applicable).
8.1 Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. Any activity from your account will be considered authorized unless reported.
8.2 Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of platform policies.
9.1 Login Verification
For security, OTPs are sent during login:
In India – via SMS (sender: BBLIZZ)
Outside India – via email
9.2 Notification Preferences
By creating an account, you agree to receive order updates, security alerts, and account-related communication. You may opt-out of promotional communication at any time.
All activities and transactions through our platform are governed by the laws of Jamnagar, Gujarat, India. Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jamnagar only.
BrassBlizz may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. All updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance.
