Domestic Policy

Warranty: Our company provides 6-months warranty on the valves sold in India. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects and malfunctions that may occur under normal use. Warranty starts from the delivery date of the order.

Returns: If you receive a damaged or broken item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll be glad to assist you with a return or replacement. To initiate the return process, please provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Please note that our warranty and return policy are applicable only within India. We do not offer warranty or returns for products shipped outside of India.

 

International Policy

Warranty: Our warranty and return policy are not applicable to products shipped outside of India. Therefore, no warranty coverage is provided for products delivered to international addresses. We recommend contacting our customer service team before making a purchase if you have any concerns or questions regarding warranty coverage.

Returns: For international orders, the warranty and return policy are not applicable. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products shipped outside of India, regardless of the condition of the product or packaging. Once an international order is shipped and delivered, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned.

This warranty and return policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamnagar, Gujarat, India.
