At BrassBlizz, we are committed to delivering premium quality products and ensuring fair and transparent after-sales service. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order on our platform.

By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Domestic Warranty & Returns (India)

1.1 Warranty Coverage

  • We offer a 6-month limited warranty on valves sold within India.

  • The warranty begins from the date of delivery.

  • It covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions during normal usage.

1.2 Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to incorrect installation or misuse

  • Commercial or industrial use without prior approval

  • Modifications, repairs, or tampering by unauthorized persons

  • Normal wear and tear or external damage after delivery

  • Use of the product outside recommended environmental or technical conditions

If any of these conditions are found during inspection, the warranty claim will be rejected.


2. Returns – India Only

2.1 When Can You Return

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • The product is received in damaged or broken condition

  • You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

2.2 Return Conditions

To initiate a return, you must:

  • Contact our support team via our platform

  • Provide clear photos of the product and its packaging

  • Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition

  • Send all original packaging and accessories along with the return
     

     

​​2.3 Refund Method for Returns and Cancellations

  • Once a return or eligible cancellation is approved, the refund amount is credited only to your BrassBlizz Wallet. Refunds are not processed to bank accounts or original payment methods. Wallet balance can be used for future purchases on our platform and is non-withdrawable.

Note:
Returns raised without proof or beyond the 48-hour window may be rejected. BrassBlizz reserves the right to assess all return requests case-by-case.


3. International Orders (Outside India)

Currently, no warranty or returns are offered for products shipped internationally. All international purchases are final sale, regardless of the product condition upon arrival.

3.1 Important Notes for International Buyers

  • Please contact our team before placing an order if you have questions about product usage or compatibility.

  • We are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by international courier services.


4. Customer Responsibility

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for:

  • Verifying product specifications and compatibility

  • Ensuring proper installation by trained personnel

  • Keeping the invoice and delivery details safe for warranty reference

BrassBlizz is not liable for damages due to incorrect selection or installation of products.


5. Disclaimer

  • Our company may revise this policy without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply.

  • Product images shown are for reference only. Minor design or packaging differences may occur.

  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.


6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Jamnagar, Gujarat, India.
All disputes arising from warranty or returns shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jamnagar courts.
