Thank you for shopping with BrassBlizz. We are committed to providing high-quality products and clear post-purchase support. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are processed on our platform.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
Orders may be canceled only before the packaging process begins.
If your cancellation request is approved before packaging, the paid amount is immediately credited to your BrassBlizz Wallet — there is no waiting period of 3–4 business days.
Once an order is marked as "packaging in progress" or a tracking number is generated, cancellation and refund are no longer possible.
We accept returns only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Submit clear photos of the product and its packaging.
The product must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original condition with all accessories.
We will arrange a replacement or
Refund the amount to your BrassBlizz Wallet, depending on the situation.
If the return is due to a genuine defect or damage, we will cover the return shipping cost.
In other exceptional cases (if accepted), return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer.
Products are not eligible for return or refund in the following cases:
If more than 48 hours have passed since delivery
If the product has been used, installed, or altered
If the order has already been packaged or shipped
BrassBlizz accepts bulk and custom manufacturing orders for specialized requirements, including:
Large quantity purchases
Unique sizes, threads, or finishes
Made-to-order parts based on customer drawings or specifications
Important:
All bulk and custom orders are handled individually and are finalized only through email communication.
Terms such as pricing, production time, dispatch schedule, and payment structure are shared with the customer over email on a case-by-case basis.
These orders are not placed through our platform, and do not follow standard platform return/cancellation terms.
Policies for cancellation, return, or refund are defined separately for each bulk/custom order and are shared at the time of confirmation.

Orders placed outside India may be canceled only before packaging.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your BrassBlizz Wallet.
Once shipped, international orders are final sale — no returns or refunds.
Damaged international deliveries are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Customs duties, import taxes, and delivery delays are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds (after cancellation or approved returns) are instantly credited to your BrassBlizz Wallet.
Wallet balance is non-withdrawable and can only be used for future purchases on our platform.
Our company may update this policy without prior notice.
