At BrassBlizz, we’re committed to providing reliable, secure, and timely delivery across India and selected international destinations. This Shipping Policy outlines how your orders are processed, packed, and delivered.
By placing an order through our platform, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders placed through our platform.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a minimum COD charge is applied. This charge will be clearly visible at the time of checkout and is added separately to the total order value.
Most prepaid and COD orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Timelines may vary based on product availability, your location, courier network, or other external factors.
We use secure packaging methods to prevent damage during transit. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
International orders incur a shipping charge, which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and total package weight.
International delivery may take 7–21 business days, depending on the country, courier network, customs clearance, and local logistics.
Customs duties, VAT, or other applicable import taxes are not included in the order total. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and must be paid by you upon delivery.
Once your order is shipped, tracking information is:
Sent to your registered email address, and
Made available in the “My Orders” section of both our website and mobile application
You can monitor your shipment status and delivery progress in real-time.
Note: In the future, we may also provide tracking updates via WhatsApp.
Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address to receive the package. If multiple delivery attempts fail and the order is returned:
Re-delivery charges may apply
Refund (if applicable) will be issued to your BrassBlizz Wallet, excluding shipping and COD handling charges
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
Missing or incorrect address details
Unreachable recipient
No refund or replacement will be processed in such cases.
While we aim to deliver all orders on time, BrassBlizz is not liable for delays resulting from:
Courier disruptions or service area restrictions
Weather conditions, lockdowns, strikes, or natural disasters
Customs clearance delays for international shipments
